We utilize industry-leading estimating software that integrates into our project controls software so we are managing budgets and schedules from inception to closeout. We have executed projects in a variety of industries, including: power plants, oil refineries, fuel terminals, food processing, mining, pulp and paper, I&C, startup and commissioning.

Switchgear Cleaning
Maintenance Audit
We cleaned, tested, and inspected electrical equipment in a controlled outage of the plant. We ensured that everything was in working order for the plant, and were able to identify if we needed to make repairs on equipment that was at risk for failure. Our initial preparations allowed us to complete the necessary repairs during the first outage, saving both time and money.

Capital Improvement
PLC Upgrades
This project included the replacement of old PLC control systems, new cable and raceways, and coordination of plant wide outages to make final change overs. This project required craftsmanship, planning, and attention to detail beyond a normal construction project. We successfully executed pre-work and outage work to provide the plant with an upgraded control system while limiting down time.

Kinder Morgan
Radio Installation
We installed a radio control system to enhance the customer experience for Kinder Morgan. The system gives the customer the ability to control and monitor flow of product in a process pipe that is not directly on their plant site. We worked with multiple agencies to ensure the project was completed in a timely manner and in a way that met all agencies safety protocols.

KapStone Paper & Packaging
Cold Outage
This project included High Voltage Terminations, Cleaning, Testing and inspection of Medium Voltage Switchgear throughout the Plant. It required around the clock support. We completed the project on budget and ahead of schedule with zero safety issues.

Butane Blending
We completed the installation of a new butane blending system. This included adding a new control building and electrical building along with associated Conduit, Tray, Cable and Control Device Installation.
APS - Ocotillo Plant
New Construction of a 550MW Natural Gas Peaking Plant
This project consisted of Instrument and Controls Startup and Commissioning support. We provided a team of Electricians and I&C Technicians to complete VLF testing on power feeders, functional testing of control systems along with troubleshooting and startup support.

9 Plex Addition
We installed a 9 plex trailer for construction headquarters at an unnamed customers facility that specializes in the manufacturing of computer processing chips.
APS – Sundance Plant
GSU Replacement Project
We completed the demolition of an existing GSU and rewiring of a new GSU. This included the demolition of existing systems, Installation of new Power and control systems and rewiring of controls in electrical feeder cabinets.
APS – Redhawk Plant
CT Generator Protection Relays
This project consisted of cable installation during a fall outage for the addition of Protection Relays to an existing system.
